The entrance fee includes documents; 2 lunches, and coffee breaks, taken on the terrace and lunches in the historical cloister. The registration will give you access to the two days of the event.

  • Canapes of mayonnaise, egg and caviar

  • Canapes of Philadelphia, dill and smoked salmon

  • Toasted foie gras charcoal with candied purple onion

  • Mini chicken pot pie

  • Tartelettes of mayonnaise of tuna and caper

  • Brie and red fruits

  • Toasted goat cheese and currants

 

Drinks:

 

  • Sparkling wine

  • White wine

  • Orange juice

  • Sangria of champagne with red fruits

Dinner:

 

  • Assorted buns, butter and seasoned olive oil

  • Tomato and basil soup

  • Salad of pata negra ham and buffalo mozarella

  • Roastbeef rolls with rucula, roasted pepper and caramelized purple onion

 

 

Dessert, fruit and cheese buffet:

  • Caramel Ice Cream
